My philosophy as a therapist and yoga teacher is that we all have an inner knowing that already holds the key to our healing.  Life circumstances, societal conditioning, family dysfunction, and traumatic events can create blocks to that inner knowing.  I’m here to hold space and offer guidance in processing and clearing out what’s getting in the way of you living the life you want.

I primarily work with women experiencing:

Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, you will be an active participant in co-creating your treatment plan. You can expect your individual sessions to be a space and time that’s 100% devoted to you. Through creating a safe and trusting relationship, your sessions will be a container for you to explore all the parts of yourself.  The good, the bad, and the ugly!

Whether you’re looking for guidance around navigating a current issue, past traumas, or seeking a broader understanding of subconscious patterns, I will be a compassionate, honest support.

My expertise is in helping clients identify and navigate present issues while also seeing bigger patterns—getting to the core of what is holding you back from the life you want to live.


Group Therapy

Group therapy can be a wonderful addition to individual counseling and it can be beneficial all on its own.

Whether you are wanting to practice vulnerability with others or just wanting to feel less alone, groups can be a powerful component of healing and transformation.

I offer a variety of groups and collaborate with other professionals. They are all intended to be a safe, supportive space for heartfelt processing and connection.


Yoga & Embodiment

Our culture tends to value intelligence of the mind and ignores the intelligence of the body. Yoga and embodiment practices bring us back to our body’s wisdom and our innate trust.

Trauma and stress take us out of our body and into a perpetual state of disconnection. The practice of getting into our body is a powerful path to healing and strengthening our relationship with ourselves.

I offer various trauma informed classes for all skill levels including Yoga for Self-Healing, Embodied Writing and Yoga for Emotional Intelligence.
